Canadian EP Fellows Workshop

Designed for Clinical Electrophysiology Fellows, this hybrid workshop aims to provide technical and clinical guidance on advanced techniques in the EP lab through didactic lectures, lively panel discussions, and hands-on training. Participants can expect to gain insights on advanced ICE imaging and fluoro-reduction techniques, overcoming challenging transseptal access, emerging ablation technologies, and epicardial access. This course will be held in-person, with didactic components live-streamed out for virtual attendees. Certificate will be provided upon completion of this course.

Course Highlights

  • Review cardiac anatomy 

  • Understand step-by-step transseptal puncture 

  • Gain hands-on experience with ICE and TEE imaging techniques  

  • Recognize and manage potential complications of transseptal puncture
