L’enseignement de notre discipline doit prendre en compte cette évolution et c’est le challenge que relève chaque année depuis plus de 20 ans le Congrès Francophone de Cardiologie Interventionnelle (CFCI). Tous les moyens sont mis en oeuvre pour offrir aux plus expérimentés des partages d’expériences et aux nouvelles générations les moyens d’acquérir les connaissances théoriques et pratiques nécessaires pour faire d’eux d’excellents opérateurs. Une fois encore, chacun devrait y trouver son compte. Les vidéotransmissions de cas didactiques qui ont fait la réputation du CFCI, seront présentées en direct par des experts. Les sujets de controverses, les conférences de consensus ou de mise au point touchant les sujets les plus brûlants seront également présentés. Surtout, les ateliers pratiques destinés aux plus jeunes leur permettront d’acquérir les connaissances indispensables aux activités les plus innovantes.

The entire meeting will be dedicated to catheter ablation of Atrial Fibrillation and Ventricular Arrythmias. Technical and clinical aspects of current methods for ablation of Atrial Fibrillation and Ventricular Arrhythmias will be discussed with internationally renowned leaders in the field. Many topics will be illustrated by case reports and videos. We will increase the time devoted to electrophysiology workshops with the help of the Reunion of European countries for the Treatment of Arrhythmias in Cardiology (RETAC) in highly practical sessions.
