Fluoro Reduction in the Modern EP Lab

For Electrophysiologists

Overcome barriers to zero-fluoro procedures and learn from the technical and clinical guidance of faculty who have safely and successfully integrated fluoroless techniques into their practice, in this immersive, hands-on program.

This one-day workshop will provide didactic and hands-on training for practicing Electrophysiologists and Electrophysiology Fellows who are interested in reducing or eliminating their reliance on fluoroscopy during catheter ablation. Gain insights on all facets of fluoroless procedures, including better utilization of ICE imaging, how to perform fluoroless transseptal puncture, and how to overcome other challenges to reducing reliance on fluoroscopy in the EP lab.

Course Highlights

  • Hands-on practice of fluoro-reduction techniques including fluoroless transseptal puncture and ICE probe manipulation and image acquisition
  • Expert insights on techniques to enable zero or near-zero fluoroscopy procedures
  • Leveraging ICE and EAM to facilitate fluoro reduction
  • Step-by-step fluoroless transseptal puncture
  • State-of-the-art simulation
