Frank Baylis has over 18 years experience in the medical field. He is currently the president of Baylis Medical. He is a board member of MEDEC, Canada’s Medical Devices Association.

Kris Shah
Kris Shah has over 17 years experience in the medical field. He is currently Vice President - Technical Division Manager. He is responsible for all Technical activities in the company including Research & Development and Manufacturing. He is the inventor of numerous patents.

Gloria Baylis
Gloria Baylis is a registered nurse. She has worked in the medical field as a charge nurse, as a department head nurse, and as an operating head nurse at numerous major hospitals in Canada.
